ABOUT TRI-STATE OUTFITTERS
Tri-State Outfitters was formed in 1977 and is owned and operated by Mark and Jill Moncrief from their home in
Enterprise, Oregon. Enterprise is located in the Northeast corner of Oregon in Wallowa County.
MISSION STATEMENT:
Our mission is to create a custom hunting or fishing trip to
meet the needs of our clients on an individual basis.
